Icons/Applications on home screen are fixed. They "animate" when selected. Navigation is left to right over icons.

Mario=Messages

Block= Calendar

Fire Plant= SMS/MMS

Yoshi=Media

Bowser=Browser

Mushroom in banner= Alarm *If fire plant doesn't show, separate your messages in your email options.
